oey Ang, ID, was recommended by someone. My first impression when we met, she's so young, can she handle my resale 3rm flat to cater for my wheelchair-bound mother's need? I'm a first time home owner, will she help me? And Joey answered me well. I am so glad I've met her and I've chosen her to be my ID out of the few I've met! She's patience, she listened, and she act on it! During the multiple discussion, she will provide me with helpful suggestions and she will explain to me in details why some of the ideas can't work out. She put my wheelchair-bound mum into her thoughts and design. She is passion and enthusiastic about her work. During the renovation, she was at site regularly to supervise the work and always keeping me updated of the progress. It took only 10 weeks from the moment I've got my keys till the completion of the renovation work. Not only that, what I really love about having Joey as my ID, her after sales service! 7 months after I've moved in, my basin cracked and some other minor issues happened too, I texted Joey, and she replied shortly and dates were fixed with supplier on the very next day. All of the problems were resolved within a week. She is a trustworthy and reliable ID to work with!

This is a long overdue review. We consulted multiple IDs’ for a design proposal that best suit to our concept and requirement. We came across Joust interior design and Hilya was the representative. We had a good feeling about her after our first discussion for a design concept and went on for further discussion about what we had in mind and also our requirement. True enough, the proposal came and the concept and layout was close to what we had envisioned and it was brought into reality. During the discussion process, there was slight miscommunication, however, it wasn’t a show stopper. During the renovation journey, Joey and Hilya made visits to monitor the works on site, however, we felt that the frequency can be increased and this can be seen as an area of improvement. There were also slight hiccups leading to minor concerns with regard to physical works on site which is a common thing among renovations. Joey and Hilya managed to resolve those concerns that we had and accommodated to our requests. They also highlighted some potential concerns to us by flagging it up so that we can make a decision and resolve it which saves us unnecessary worries. Nevertheless, we really appreciate the effort that Joey and Hilya had put in. Both Joey and Hilya expertise and experience were put together and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend Joey and Hilya to anybody out there who are still in search for an ID.
