We didn't have to visit the job site all the time to monitor the work progress, and could leave it to our ID to manage. The actual products generally turned out better than the 3Ds and drawings. We compared a few IDs and Triz Arte was considered average/ mid-range in terms of prices. What we liked was that our ID was always reliable, responsive and communicated clearly. She's also quick to recify problems. The project was completed within the projected timeline. There were no hidden costs in the contract, all variation orders were communicated clearly, and Thriza was happy to answer any queries pertaining to the costs and quote. Thriza also gave us some ideas that we ended up liking and incorporating into our design.
