We had engaged Kaydan for the renovation of our small 4 room apartment, the whole renovation end to end took about 2 months and managed to get completed before CNY. Intrinsic also had a very competitive and reasonable pricing which was what led us to engage them as out interior designers. After going to many fairs and talking to many different designers, their pricing was the most competitive out of all. Before the renovation had started, they had provided a work schedule detailing the scope of works for day as well as the targeted completion date, this gave us great visibility over what is happening in our home at each stage. And also this planning was done well allowing for works to continue smoothly Works included - Hacking - Tiling and overlaying - Carpentry - Vinyl Flooring Installation - Plumbing - Electrical The contractors engaged by Intrinsic take great care in their work and all the finishings are of great quality. From the carpenters to the tilers, they took great care to ensure that each piece is completed well. Overall we had a great experience working together with them to acheive our desired renovation. They were very proactive in making sure that each detail of the renovation is to our specification and proactive with the updates. As well as offering their deep insight from their experiences working on other houses in the past, letting us know what can and cant be done.

Was skeptical at first about engaging Intrinsic design to have my mum's kitchen renovated. They has been nothing but helpful, always on hand when I had a question/worry about some stuff and also being transparent throughout the whole process.
