As a standard practice, I went for three quotation. Everlene’s quotation was very thorough with very detailed list and at a very good price.

Comparing all three quotation, I realised Everlene’s was thorough and very detailed. Rights from the first day we met, she was very honest and detailed as she really put in lots of efforts to include all the changes that we wanted. Nothing was left out. Everlene also engaged us not as an Interior Designer `{`ID`}` but as a friend. This really made a lot of difference to other IDs. As such, we were very comfortable to share our day to day problems so that Everlene had a good picture on what we really need.

After reviewing, adjust and approving the excellent ID 3D Drawings, Everlene gave us a schedule of 4 to 6 weeks and indicated that the renovation work will complete sometime in mid December. Though the schedule was close to Christmas, we agreed with Everlene.

By reworking all the schedules with various partners like carpenters, door supplies, glass material suppliers and many other suppliers, Everlene brought forward the schedule to be completed by end November. This was a great news to us as we now have more time to prepare our home for Christmas.

Everlene did a fantastic job! – all of us are so happy and satisfied now as we feel that we are now living in a complete home. Masterbed room has more space to store my wife’s dresses and jewelleries. Our kids rooms is very spaces now with a study table that support working from home environment. Even my neighbours who visited us for Christmas remarked ‘it is a brand new home’.

Even towards the final payments, Everlene pointed out that I somehow over paid Omni Design by $1K and worked with her office staff to refund back the amount. Truly an honest Interior Designer from start to end.

After working with Everlene for the past months, I came to realized that Everlene is

• Visualization – we knew what we are getting before the renovation. The ID drawings were of outstanding standard
• After sales service – Everlene after renovation follow up was amazing. We had one or two issues after the renovation, Everlene was very swift it getting them fixed. Willingness to go the extra mile is greatly appreciated.

All we wanted a renovation, but Everlene gave us a brand new home 😊
